Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Consultation Cancellation

You may cancel your consultation up to 2 hours before the scheduled time. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after this period.

2. Medicine Refunds

• Refunds for medicines are allowed only in the following cases:
• Damaged or tampered packaging upon delivery.
• Incorrect medicines delivered.
• No refunds for opened or partially used medicines.

3. Refund Process

Email vanalikaahomeopathy@gmail.com with your order details and reason for cancellation/refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
